Fatumata Binta Sall
Founder & Executive Director
Fatumata Binta Sall (She/They) is a Human Rights Activist and an intersectional feminist with more than a decade of experience in the human rights field. As the founder and Executive Director of Sisters 4 Sisters (Liberia), Binta focuses on advancing the inclusion of women, girls, and marginalized groups in healthcare, empowerment, and social justice programs across Liberia.
Over the years, Binta has worked deeply in safety and security for women’s rights and feminist movements, providing support in digital, personal, and organizational protection for activists and human rights defenders. She sits on several boards and serves in leadership roles for regional and international organizations, contributing to shaping strategies that strengthen feminist advocacy and protection frameworks.
Binta holds a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights from Lund University, Sweden, and is a certified Psychological First Aid responder from Johns Hopkins University. She is also a member of the Liberian Feminist Forum and serves as Co-Chairperson of the Women Human Rights Defender Network of Liberia.
Solomon Kieh Garpue
Outreach Coordinator
Solomon Kieh Garpue is a graduate of the University of Liberia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He is a passionate skit maker, human rights activist, and social influencer who uses creativity and comedy as tools for education, empowerment, and change.
With a natural gift for storytelling and humor, Solomon has brought joy and awareness to thousands of people through his skits and digital content. His work speaks to everyday realities while challenging harmful norms and promoting inclusivity.
Currently, Solomon serves as the Outreach Coordinator for Sisters 4 Sisters (Liberia), where he leads efforts to protect and promote the rights of women, girls, and other marginalized groups. His commitment to justice, equity, and community well-being continues to inspire those around him. For Solomon, it’s been a beautiful journey of impact and it’s only just beginning.
Princess Massa Bieney
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Princess Massa Bieney serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Sisters 4 Sisters (Liberia), where she leads evidence-based strategies to track, assess, and strengthen program impact across sexual and reproductive health, adolescent mentorship, and community empowerment initiatives.
With a strong commitment to inclusive and participatory M&E approaches, Princess has supported the design and implementation of trainings, peer counseling pilots, and mentorship programs serving adolescent girls and rural communities. Her work ensures that every intervention is grounded in reliable data, aligned with the organization’s mission, and responsive to the lived realities of the communities it serves.
Through her dedication to learning, accountability, and continuous improvement, Princess plays a vital role in enhancing program quality and advancing sustainable, community-centered change.
Emily Dweh
Program Officer
Emily Dweh is a Program Officer with Sisters 4 Sisters (Liberia), committed to amplifying the voices of women, girls, and vulnerable communities. Driven by a deep sense of purpose, she believes in standing alongside those who are often unheard and finds meaning in work that creates sustainable, positive change.
Her professional journey is rooted in a passion for social justice, inclusion, and community well-being. In her role, Emily supports programs focused on sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and livelihood empowerment—ensuring that marginalized populations gain access to vital resources, knowledge, and opportunities.
For Emily, working with Sisters 4 Sisters is more than a profession; it is a calling. She is inspired by the belief that even small, thoughtful interventions can create lasting impact. Guided by compassion and conviction, her work contributes to building stronger, healthier communities today and for generations to come.
Yorkies Fredrick Moore
Intern
Yorkies Fredrick Moore is a finance and administration professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, operations, and youth development. As the Admin & Finance Officer at Sisters 4 Sisters (Liberia), he manages budgeting, reporting, procurement, and compliance to ensure transparency and efficiency.
He holds a BBA in Accounting and Management from the United Methodist University, along with certifications in Financial Management, QuickBooks, and Anti-Corruption. Yorkies has worked with organizations like IDI, SAIL, and M&J Warehouse, where he led cost-saving initiatives and strengthened operational systems.
He is also the Founder of Youth Brains And Talents (YBAT), a nonprofit empowering youth through education and talent development. Passionate about ethical leadership and youth empowerment, Yorkies brings technical expertise and grassroots experience to support S4S’s mission for women and girls in Liberia.
Janet Jembell
Intern
Janet Jembell is a passionate health advocate with a focus on youth empowerment, sexual and reproductive health (SRHR), and community outreach. Her work combines clinical experience—such as interning at Rainbow Hospital and vaccinating at Kelthy’s Medical Clinic—with grassroots advocacy for vulnerable populations.
She has partnered with organizations like YOUNETPO and Help A Mother Initiative to address menstrual hygiene, consent, and HIV/AIDS stigma. While studying in the U.S., she joined community programs in Maryland and Minnesota and was elected Sophomore Class Senator at Neosho Community College, where she also joined Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Back in Liberia, Janet supports public health through volunteer service with the National AIDS Commission and SRHR training. She brings her passion for gender equity, mental health, and youth development to her role at Sisters 4 Sisters Liberia.
